Being considered for a waiver! Good sign?

DD was excited to get an email from DodMERB this AM that USCGA is considering her for a waiver (vision). She had previously heard that a waiver wouldn't be considered until they were ready to offer conditional appointment. Does this mean good things in terms of her Early Action app then?!

(...and yes, I appreciate the need for patience and establishing a solid Plan B! She's got a few college acceptances already that could end up being great options .)

Correct, she gets that same error everyone else is getting. The checkbox for having her application reviewed is also still blank.
