BFE Question

For those of you that received calls from MOC's, has anybody received their BFE through the portal or mail yet?
 
I personally have not received a BFE yet, but my MOC said that they would be mailed (I assume from West Point) today or tomorrow. The Candidate Portal says it will be shut down tomorrow from 1630 to 1900 - perhaps some portals will be updated then?
