Hello, my BGO contacted me today over the phone saying that I was found by the admissions board to be qualified. He mentioned something about a triple qualification, that I am medically qualified, qualified by the academy, and all I need is a nomination. Is this similar to an LOA, or is this something else?

Not an LOA. It means you may now compete for an appointment. Congratulations!
