Bgo says "your application is now completed"

DS's BGO told him a week ago that his application was completed. We thought this was odd since the Academy received all of his application materials, a fully qualified physical and his BGO interview before September 1.
Is there any significance to his BGO telling him his application is complete at this late date?
This is a BGO we are in somewhat regular contact with so he could have told him this much earlier; and obviously we were able to see that everything was in by checking DS's application page two months ago.
Just wondering if we are dealing with some kind of "code" in the BGO's statement that DS's application was completed.

Sounds kinda weird, but I wouldn't read anything into it. Just prob updating your DS, where he is at in the process. Make sure your DS updates his stuff , when new things come along.

^ Agreed. He was probably just reading off a checklist in front of him. If we go looking for codes in every utterance we'll go nuts!

I agree - it probably isn't anything.
Just really odd because we were already aware that everything was in and also had informed him every step of the way even though we assumed he was already seeing it on his dashboard.
