Shades, as far as I know the only ones who are allowed to ride bicycles are instructors. My son said all cadets walk everywhere or ride the bus that runs to the PX. I do remember seeing some of the cadre on bicycles during R-Day, but they were filling the roles of MP's. I believe WP does have a cycling team, but I would imagine those bicycles are stored in a special building when not in use.
