At last ! - all the stress and the agonizing waits are over....received my confirmation today. Thank you all on this Forum to keep me focused, motivated and to be on track. Your guidance and suggestions have played a very important part in my success.

I am so happy that I have received the offer from USNA today.

Congrats!!!!! Don’t wait until May to start filing paper work, like 50 pages, plus security clearance and police record check. You need about 3-4 weeks to get all that done. Better start early than later. If waiting for an offer from other Academies you can wait. But don’t wait too long. Company new Plebe assignment gets underway pretty soon my guess is as early as Feb/Mar. For now enjoy celebrate stay out of trouble at all times. Don’t go to party and have group picture taken holding a beer or smoke. Don’t get into trouble. Stay clean be a good Scout!

I would really appreciate it if you could inform me on long did it take for you to receive you LOA after you submitted you application ?

Thank you !

Submitted the application in mid September, LOA in October, Nomination November end and Offer on 12/12/18.

You have plenty of time for the paperwork. Enjoy your Senior year, but not too much. Just use your head. Also Co. assignments are not done in Feb/Mar that is when the majority of the offers are given.
 
The big packet for appointees usually comes in April-ish. Company assignments if provided before I Day occur usually a week or two before I Day.
