Hello, on the NROTC website it says applicants with more than 30 hours of college credit are not eligible for the 4 year NROTC scholarship. If you are about to graduate high school in june with an AA degree, can you still get a 4 year NROTC scholarship IF you go somewhere such as a private school like Duke. Duke does not transfer credits from a community college so therefore an AA wouldnt matter in this case right? is a 4 year scholarship NROTC available in this case?
