Send a birthday card to the oldest living WWII veteran in the US as he turns 111
The oldest living American to serve in World War II is turning 111 years old, and you can be a part of the celebration.

The museum is asking Americans around the country to send a birthday card to Lawrence Brooks. Mr. Brooks birthday is Sept 12th. He will be celebrating his 111th birthday. He is the oldest living WWII veteran, having served as an an engineer in the 91st Battalion in the Philippines and New Guinea.
The article does not mention which branch he served in, but I am guessing it was the Army.
