Blood donation pending

Hey, DS is scheduled to donate blood again, he asked me if it would muck up his DOD exam which is in 2 weeks. I cannot fathom that it would, but am looking for any good/knowledgeable advice.

Assuming this is correct I'd definitely skip giving blood until after DoDMERB

dang it. Odd, I called the Dr. that is doing exam, she said it's okay. On side of caution however, will pass your link to our DS and let him make decision based on that info. Thank you

Never hurts to play it safe. There will be other opportunities to give blood. I'm sure Runner's World isn't the best source but it's the one I had to hand and it's aimed at athletic people.

He elected to pass on this round of donations. He is also training for CFA so likely needs all of his blood, lol.
