I haven't even read the whole thing yet but he said: “This maneuver, combined with other instances of not meeting the airborne standard that makes the Blue Angels the exceptional organization that it is, led to my decision to step down."

Definitely a crisis of confidence in himself and I have to applaud him for having the honesty and integrity to take this action.

This makes sense now. We had read that error was made during a diamond formation. Boss leads in that formation. I agree that he demonstrated honesty and integrity in his decision.
 
Believe me they loved having the "Puking Dogs" "NOT" as the flyover. It will go down in class history.:rolleyes:
