Body Fat Calculation

Today i received a letter from USNA stating that I did not meet the height/weight requirements and asked for me to send in a body fat calculation form. Does anyone know if USNA uses the same process as USMA? I received a similar letter from USMA earlier this year but i'm assuming i passed the body fat thing since they offered me an appointment.
 
Send in the form. If you fall within acceptable standards USNA will offer you appointment and they will make you skinny by the end of plebe year.

If they don't offer you an appointment go to USMA and they will make you skinny by the end of plebe year.

Win-win for you and for our country.

This is coming from a former offensive tackle who was not exactly svelte going in, but NAPS and plebe year took care of that.
