Broken Bone X-Rays??

I asked a similar questions in the past so I apologize up front. If and when filling out the DoDMERB forms, if an applicant has had minor fractures of the right arm when 5 yrs old (fell off a play gym) and the the left arm when 10yrs old (fell ice skating) will the x rays be required to be submitted? No other problems. Thank you
