With pre-season and spring sports starting soon, I figure it's time to really work on getting in shape. I mean my legs are in great shape right now but my upper body has fallen out of track. Any suggestions for workouts that are simple enough to do at a school weight-room and home? Just core + upper body, I've ran and sprinted all winter. Food suggestions are also appreciated. Thanks!
