Since the new cadets received their computers, I noticed that my e-mails are taking at least 24 hours to be received. My son said that they go in quarantine before he sees them. At first, I thought it was because I needed a digital ID for security purposes...which I obtained. But the e-mails are still taking 24 hours. Anyone else experiencing the same problem? I wonder if this is an isolated problem...perhaps some wrong settings on his computer?

Yesterday, Sunday, Aug. 9, my son's emails in CS9 were going to him and coming back normal (i.e. no 24 hour waiting period). Since CS9 has not had phones since Doolie Day In, it is our only means of communicating with him.

E-mails

My daughter is in CS40 -- we have not had a delay in sending, receiving e-mails from our e-mail to/from our daughter's Academy account -- we exchanged several e-mails successfully yesterday (Sunday) morning. She has had some difficulty accessing things on her personal yahoo account (downloading attached pictures) so we are doing a lot of our communication on Face Book (exchanging photos, etc.)

We have no delay in the system for e-mails. Something must be acting cooky between you two on the servers!

well some of us have had problems with our email and internet. like, the other night they shut it down just to work on things because a lot of kids were not receiving emails. things have been smooth for the past few days though.
