California Senators

My son received a call from Senator Boxer's office this afternoon as well. He told them he already received Senator Feinstein's nomination. Our rep's interview was in early December and no decisions yet from that office either. Good luck JOCHANGY!
 
Son received one of McNerney's nominations last year for Navy. His interview was first or second Saturday in Dec. He was notified Dec 29 about nomination. He was called again on Jan 4 by Congressman McNerney to congratulate him on his appointment. His big blue folder arrived on Jan 12, just before the scheduled call from Boxer's office. He told him that he had just received his appointment. They said Congratulations and Good luck, then went on to the next call.
Last year was McNerney's first year, so not sure how things will go this year.
