Can a ALO administer WP CFA?

Only thing left on my WP app is the CFA. I live in a very rural area and I do not have a WP FFR. On the portal, it states that a "Service Academy Liaison Officer" may administer the test. I don't have anyone else that would qualify under the rest of the options for CFA official.

The USMA website states the following:
Who Can Administer the Cadet Fitness Assessment?

• Physical Education Teachers
• Military Academy Liaison Officers
• Military Officers or Non-commissioned Officers
• Professors of Military Science
• J/ROTC Instructors

If your portal says "service academy liason officers," I would say that would be a yes for an ALO, but my opinion doesn't count.
