Can I get in?

I have the health condition ulcerative colitis. I'm slightly confused on the process of getting a waiver but I would like to attend USNA. Assume I meet all other criteria for entering the academy, can I get in with UC? Also, I am almost 100% symptom free but still on medication. I'm a freshmen in high school.
