Can I Still Join With My Medical Condition?

I’m a junior in high school who has received interest as a sports recruit to West Point. I am becoming more interested in possibly attending and was wondering if I am eligible. I have hypothyroidism which I have been on medication for since I was 13 and I also have ADHD which I was diagnosed with last year and have been on medication for since. Would I still be eligible for enrollment given my medical conditions?
