I saved my NROTC app as a pdf and wrote own the info they gave me about my recruiter/coordinator. Well, it turns out that he is over 4 hours away from me!

How am I supposed to print out the page we both need to sign and get that done when he is so far away?

also, ive emailed him, and called his cell phone number...he has not picked up or replied and its been 3 days since I firs contacted him

I called my local navy recruiter who said he cannot be my recruiter/coordinator because I selected marine option.

So what do I do? 1st of all he is extremely far away, 2nd he wont even reply to me.

Try to see if you can do a fax exchange with them...My regional recruiter is also very far away so I ended up doing that for several of there required forms.

However, my local enlisted recruiter was able to act as a witness when I signed most of them- Is that not an option for you?

We also used the fax option for my son's app. I believe the scholarship coordinator is an assigned duty at a centralized regional recruiting center, so you were assigned to the center closest to you. It is not a local option. They will work with you however. And in our case DS was inundated with emails from the coordinator once he made the email list thru online submission of the scholarship.
