Can midshipmen wear rings?

Can midshipmen wear small, personal rings, like silver or gold? I can't find anything on the Internet.

While in uniform, one ring per hand is authorized. I assume this is as long as safety permits, and only after plebe summer. During plebe summer, I believe a religious necklace/medallion may be worn but inconspicuously and out of sight. That's the only jewelry I know of for Plebe Summer n

You will get very familiar with what is called MidRegs... midshipmen regulations. That covers all things related to Mid rules including uniform regs. You will have classes Plebe Summer that go over all this stuff and then MidRegs to reference during the academic year.
