Can ROTC rescind waivers?

I was checking DoDMERB and I noticed that my "Waiver Granted" status for Marine Corps NROTC went back to "Under Waiver Review".

Granted, I'm not doing Marine Corps NROTC this fall, but is this something that people should be concerned about?
