Canceled SAT/ACT

I think I saw a post along these lines but I wanted to bring it up again. I don't know if this experience is universal or not, but my state has canceled practically all tests (up through September as I am aware), and USAFA isn't test optional. I don't know if there will be any tests, as most if not all of our schools are also closed. I hope things get figured out, and I'm signed up for a number more tests, but what are we supposed to do if we literally can't get test scores? Do you guys think they'll let anyone apply without scores out of necessity, given its a state-wide problem?
