Candidate Academic Information

    DS is reapplying for the second time. I understand that letter of recommendations need to come from the college teachers for math and English. Most of the activities he listed are from HS and he submitted his HS counselor's email address so that she can verify it. Our question...what about the Candidate Academic Information section? There is nothing for the candidate to fill out. It only asks for an email address of a HS counselor and I suppose this is where the HS counselor will fill in a questionnaire and maybe submit a letter of recommendation. Do we send the HS counselor's email address OR do we submit the college counselor's email address?
