Candidate Activities Update

My Eagle Scout Board of review is on February 2nd, and I feel that this will be an important activity to update the Admissions team with.

Who should I notify?

What would be the best way to update them the quickest? (Is a simple phone call sufficient enough for this matter?)
 
I just have an adult related to the activity send an e-mail. For example I wanted to update my athletics so I asked my school's athletic director to send Admissions an e-mail. They're usually quick.
 
I, too, am an Eagle Scout and, yes, this is important tell admissions. When I passed my BoR, my RC just asked that I scan a copy of my Eagle Scout certificate (which should come to your local council headquarters about a month after the BoR) and email it to them. It got updated into my file almost immediately. However, in the meantime, let them know what's going on so it can all be anticipated.
