Hello! I have just completed my last step of the USMA application, the CFA. I am wondering if these scores would be semi-alright... I am a huge cross country runner, and was almost recruited, but was told I should be a PWO.

Scores (Male)
BB Throw: 69 ft.
Pullups: 8
Pushups: 45
Shuttle: 8.1s
Situps: 95
Mile Run: 5:15

Looks solid. Quality on the video would be the only issue. Continue to train on pull-ups.

DS' RC said to submit before Dec15 so there's enough time for RC to review and ask for retest if needed.

DS submitted and passed. His scores are similar to yours but he had 9.5 pullups (^_^) The 0.5 was DS' unofficial count, his chin didn't quite clear the bar on the last rep so it wasn't scored.

DS had very similar scores.

I would encourage you to continue to improve your pull-ups and push-ups. Both of those scores are passing for those events, but adding to those totals can only help you. And as mentioned above, make sure you completely understand the expectations for the videos so you don't have to go through that more than once.
