Can the CPDR be changed once submitted? If so, how is that done and how does it look if you change it? Thanks.
 
Hummmm, Have you tried to contact your RC about the changes/additions?

Last year, changes took some sort of evidence to update the record. My DD was named Captain of a two different teams after she had submitted the form. The RC needed an email from the coaches to verify. She pushed the process by emailing her coaches and copying the RC so they just needed to respond to the email chain. I would assume other additions could be done with documentation sent directly to the RC if it was a type of award.
 
I simply emailed documentation that showed the changes to the CPDR. In my cadet's case, he was simply adding more information to his record but I think that the key is to be able to document your changes/additions.
