Candidate Portal

I am having trouble logging into my candidate portal. When I log in there is only a blank page with the Regional Technicians contact stuff off to the left. Is anyone else having this problem or did I miss a memo about the site being closed down for maintenance?

It must be down, because I can't log in either. I can only get on the USMA webpage, but not the portal.
