Candidate Qualified letter

I looked in my portal and today I had a new Official Correspondence from West Point titled "Candidate Qualified Letter" that informed me the admissions team has approved my application and has moved with the other qualified applicants. Is this the 3Q letter I have heard about and if not is this still good news?

You can open the letter and read it on the portal. I am pretty sure it is a 3Q letter.

I'm assuming you finished your application including DoDMERB Q status and passing CFA.

It's most likely a 3Q. Congrats!
 
My son did not receive a 3Q letter. It does not seem that everyone gets the notification.
 
3Q is okay, but not every candidate that received 3Q gets an appointment.

Getting an appointment is the major goal for every candidate.
