Cannot create account on my.goarmy.com?

My daughter is trying to create an account on my.goarmy.com to start on her scholarship application and keeps getting that error "An error occurred with registration. Please try again." We have tried 3 different browsers with no luck. Any suggestions?

Look at the youtube video / search the youtube video and if that doesn't work email army cadet command, or maybe ask a college ROTC department gold bar recruiter.

Go to the ROTC department they want to be apart of, they're gonna have to visit them anyways if they want the scholarship they usually do a board interview too eventually. Good luck

Try to wait a couple of days, the site seems to be down right now. My son's application is currently in "board ready" status, but I just went and checked it and it keeps saying "a general error has occurred". this happened earlier in the summer and it was fixed in a day or so.
