Cannot log in to portal

I just logged into my portal around 20-30 minutes ago while in class and saw that I was appointed which is amazing and thank you to everyone on this forum who helped make that possible. Whether I should have done this or not I accepted the appointment right away and that loaded a new page where I signed and authorized the acceptance and then it logged me out of my portal. When I try to log back in now it says "login credentials not correct,or user not found. Accounts will be DISABLED after too many failures.". I'm not risking logging in anymore to not get my account disabled but I don't know what this means or why it's happening now. Can anyone help or should I call admissions directly?
 
Hi AmericanFKP12. If you look directly under the Candidate Portal Login box you will see the following:

If you're having trouble logging in,
contact your Regional Technician at:
E-mail icon
Northeast, Southeast, Great Lakes, Southwest, Far West.

You can likely click one of those links and get the help you need. Good luck!

There is usually scheduled maintenance every Thursday afternoon. I'm sure you'll be able to log back in this evening if you can't yet.
