cant get a hold of my Canidate Technician...what to do???

Iv received letters from admissions stating that I need to update my class rank( i also need to update my PSAT scores), i"m unable to get a hold of my Candidate Technician after sever Emails with the needed information and a copy of my transcript

so what should I do now?? I've also tried updating my info. on my candidate portal but that still isn't working. I'm losing valuable time as I am still not eligible for SLS yet
