Background: Currently in AFROTC and have some issues on my record that will need either remedials or waivers. For example, I had a prescription for an inhaler (past age 13) so when asked on the form if I had ever taken medication I checked yes. Assuming I will need to verify this I called my pharmacy asking them to send me all the prescription history they had for me. They responded that they only kept records from 2020 (3 years for patients) and on. I have no physical records of these either. Are there any alternative methods to tracking down prescription history? I am concerned when asked to produce records that I will not be able to obtain many of the records they are asking for such as prescription history.

Many local pharmacies keep only few years of records on hand. Try calling the corporate number and ask them how to obtain older records. You can also try your prescription insurance company or the doctor office that prescribed your the medication.

Which pharmacy? Walgreens has a number you can call and you can get ALL pharmacy records from birth to now.

The pharmacy is a part of the hospital closest to me. Like PLC007 suggested, it seems my best course of action would be to see if there is a corporate number.
