Can't get on DODMERB account

My son cannot access his online account. He is a second year applicant for USNA and first yr on NTOTC Scholarship ( Marine Option) . He had a high school email account that he used to open a DODMERB account. He has forgotten his password and cannot get on because he can no longer access his high school email account to reset his password. Does anyone know the email address for DODMERB that he can use to get them to help him get into his account again? Thanks for the help.
 
Chances are they will reuse his HS DoDMERB account. No need to access it if he was Q since DoDMERB is valid for two years.
