Car Accident!

Btw since we have continued the conversation, maybe someone can help with advice. I recently had an accident, not a serious one, but the driver of another car, a Ford, got himself bumpy. It was not quite even in the state where I live, so I worry about the consequences. Can someone advise a personal injury attorney los Angeles? So that I can consult with him and understand if that dude can find new accusations other than the car damage? We solved the situation, it was my fault, but he also yelled at me that I would be responsible for his bump. So, I'm already sitting at home and waiting for what will happen.

@JeffRios I'm a former auto insurance injury claims adjuster.

Did you have valid insurance in force at the time of the accident?

California is a comparative negligence state. Some states are no-fault Even if your insurance is from outside of California, the insurance policy will adhere to laws of the state where the accident occurred. Your insurance company should assist you and provide you with an attorney if they pursue it in court.

In this case, the insurance company will likely offer the claimant some money to settle and you will not have to worry about a thing. (your rates may rise next renewal but oh well)
