CAR in college?

Hello! I am reapplying for the class of 2025. I am currently a freshman in college and I was wondering who should I direct my CAR to now that I don't really have a formal "guidance counselor". Any type of guidance is very much appreciated

DS used high school guidance counselor for CAR and has the green ✅. He is applying for the 3rd time as a college sophomore.

I too am a college reapplicant and used my high school guidance counselor as well.
