So I have started my West Point Portal. I've reached the CAR page and it is asking me for a point of contact for my CAR. Who exactly would be my contact for the CAR? My guidance counsler, recruitment officer, etc. ?

I believe POC is someone who is able to verify your CAR. School counselor is a good choice.
