Though I've not done this before, I've heard that you pack everything in POPPED POPCORN, (which has been put in individual bags or baggies, which they then can eat.)
Use the popcorn as the buffer material for whatever you send out. I plan on sending out what I know my son likes, but hopefully by then, some kid will start a sheet of "what we like to eat" by their company and then everyone will be happy getting a little of what they like.

go easy on the jerky. It's very salty.

I've been told they really devour anything home baked...brownies, cookies etc. Don't believe they get dessert at lunch or dinner anymore so baked goodies are a nice treat. Watch out for chocolate in the hot weather! Since they don't have mail call daily during INDOC things could be hanging around for a few days even if you ship it priority or overnight. Has anyone gotten any mail yet?

Jerky is a gift from the heavens to all kings pointers. your kids will let you know what they'd like, but the typical things are jerky, protein bars, twizzlers, jolly ranchers, etc...
homemade cookies always are a favorite, but if that's a bit much for you, don't worry, cookie cafe takes care of us all.
My plebe at USNA has asked for nuts as well as jerky and powdered gatorade (which is getting tough to find!) I sent those single serve sizes of nuts. Also Tiger Balm for aching muscles, BodyGlide for chaffing, and a combination shampoo/body wash as shower is too short to allow use of two products!
