The Dodmets web site is run by the physical exam contractor. The fact that you case is closed means that your physical examination has been sent to DoDMERB. Normally they will overnight the physicals to DoDMERB so it should be at DoDMERB on Monday. You can check your status on the DoDMERB web site at https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil. You will click on the "applicant" link located on the left hand side of the page. If this is the first time you have logged onto the DoDMERB web site, you will enter your date of birth and social security, then you need to create your own user name and password (whatever you want them to be). You will then be able to view the status of your physical exam as it goes through the DoDMERB process (the web site is updated every 10 minutes).
NOTE TO ALL PARENTS!!! If you log on and create a user name and password for your child, please share the information with your child. DoDMERB receives MANY calls from applicants who can't log onto the DoDMERB web site because their parents have created the user name and password and have failed to share that information with the applicant. Remember, this is the APPLICANT's web site!!

The physical exam contractor has 30 days from the date of the last appointment to get the physical exam to DoDMERB. If it still has not shown on the DoDMERB web site at the 35 day mark I would give DoDMERB a call and see if they can locate it.
