Hello,
Today my DoDMETS status changed to "Incomplete-Closed" from "Complete and on Hold". Previously it stated that the CIV team was working with my providers to try and recover some missing information and that there was no action I should take other than waiting. Now it states that my records are missing and that I should either schedule an exam or call them. Because I had already taken both of my exams in early November I tried to call the CIV team but was ultimately led to voicemail. I have not yet heard anything back.

I was hoping that someone may know what action I can take to get this resolved, or what exactly this status means. The exact status reads as:

Currently Your Case is "Incomplete-Closed"

Your DoDMETS case is Incomplete-Closed as of 1/10/2022.

What does "Incomplete-Closed" mean?

Your case does not have all of the required examination records. It may be the medical (physical) or optometric screening. It would be wise to schedule your missing exam, or if you have taken it, call CIV Team so we can track down the records with your provider.

All of your examination records have been received, reviewed by a CIV Team case manager, and sent to DoDMERB.
Your medical examination records were submitted to DoDMERB on 1/11/2022 3:00:00 PM
It generally can take 2 to 4 weeks for a determination.
Please go to dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil to keep track of your file after it is sent to DoDMERB.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Good Evening Sir,
Wow, this is so awesome that you were able to help this person!

I'm a current AFROTC Cadet at my university. We are approaching selections for Field Training this summer and I have a DODMERB Waiver issue that I've been trying to get resolved since September 13, 2021. My Commander submitted my waiver along with all of the requested medical documents. I was completely cleared by the specialist but nothing has been updated by DODMERB. May I please send you an email with my information? My family and I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

V/R,
CortezL

Mr. Mullen, do you answer questions for current enlisted facing a medical DQ for their MOS? Asking for a friend who is not currently on the forum. Thank you in advance.

I may be able to assist, but not thru a third party. They can email me and state Heatherg21 in their email:wiggle:
