CFA Administering

I'm taking my CFA today with my track coach, but he became concerned with whether he was allowed to conduct it as the CFA states that it must be an "NCO, PE Teacher, Commissioned Officer, or Service Academy Liaison Officer". My coach isn't a PE teacher and none of the other options so would this mean I'd need to seek one of my CAP instructors to do it for me or would my coach be allowed to administer it? Thank you in advance.

I had the athletic director at a school I don't go to (homeschooled ) administer it for me last year. No problems.
