Hey forum folk. I really need some help here with the CFA. I've always considered myself fairly well qualified, in fact, overqualified in some areas for WP. It's been my dream since grade six. However, after 3 years of HS football and just starting year 2 of distance team for track and field, I find myself in a predicament. I'm about 5 foot 10 and I weigh 182 lb. I've been on 2 eating plans, I work out almost daily, but no drop in weight in nearly 3 months. What am I doing wrong? I supplement track with crossfit to work my arms and whatnot. I can barely do 3 pull-ups at the moment. I can most likely meet all the other averages, but what am I doing wrong? I'm not fat, but I'm not made of pure muscle either. What should I do along with track and crossfit in order to best improve my CFA scores and LOSE WEIGHT. Thank you so much! Accepted to USMA, USNA, USAFA summer programs. Attending the first two.
