Thought I would share some CFA humor. DS is 6' 8" Do you have any idea how difficult it has been to find a pull up bar in which his feet do not touch, standing reach is over 9' 6"? But, basketball throw....with such long arms that has been the easy event.

Good to see he's working on the CFA. My DS started early in his HS Junior year, ended up nearly maxing it out at USNA summer seminar. As a 3C MIDN he has maxed the PRT every time since Plebe Summer. He was his Companies Physical Mission Officer (PMO) last semester-I believe this position helps those struggling with the PRT. Encourage your DS to practice at least 6 days per week if he can. My DS also went to USCGA summer program and was awarded as the best physical score (male) for his summer class. Good luck!

Your DS being 6’ 8” explains why choice of Airforce is out and maybe some choices in USNA as well.
