CFA On Application

Hello, I hope you all are well. I recently took the CFA at the Naval Academy Summer Seminar and had my scores sent over to USAFA and confirmed by my USAFA councilor that they had received them. I am almost done filling out my application but I am stuck on the CFA section. It is asking for contact information for a CFA evaluator, there is no option to say "I've already taken it". I was hoping for some guidance on what I should do. At first, I was going to just input my gym teacher's information and then send them an email explaining that they can ignore it, but I'm worried they may call my gym teacher because we have to input a phone number. Thank you in advance for the advice.

You could probably put USNA Admissions and put their phone number in. They technically administered it since you did it at NASS.
