What are the personal fitness tests used for ROTC applicants?
What is it called/what is on it?

Will it hurt your application if you do have have a sport but have solid grades, leadership, and proven that you are fit with the fitness test?

Link For Army ROTC PT test:
"THE ROTC SCHOLARSHIP PHYSICAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT SCORECARD"

"The Army is looking for "SCHOLAR, ATHLETE, LEADER" (SAL)
The Army want individuals who are scholar-athlete-leaders (SAL) to serve as officers.
They want students who have good grades, excel in sports and who have served as a student or community leader."

For more on what they are looking for and how points are assigned, Link to Army ROTC interview form: Here

For NROTC Marine Option it is the Marine Corps PFT. 3 mile run, crunches, and pullups for males and flexed arm hang for females.

No because the CFA is a different model than the PFA. Your CFA that you took at NASS would be counted for USNA, but not NROTC. You must take the PFA.
