I am applying to the USNA, USMA, and USAFA and I am looking to take my CFA in the near future. The problem is that my BGO told me to have one of my coaches administer the test to me, but the USMA and USAFA don't allow coaches to administer the test.

Do you think the test will be accepted by the other Academies if I have my coach administer it like my BGO instructed me to do? If not, what should I do?

I researched this for USNA and it said that the CFA can be given to you by one of your coaches, your BGO, or an officer in the military (not sure if they have to be active duty or not). Someone can correct me if I am wrong seeing as I am a beginner and still trying to find out as much as possible.

Ok thanks I understand that, but do you think that the USMA and USAFA who don't allow coaches to give the test would accept scores given to them by USNA on a test administered by a coach?

To be safe: I would not have a coach administer your CFA if you plan to apply to the other academies as well. I know USMA does not allow coaches. Its better to be safe and just choose a gym teacher. You wouldnt want to have to do it over again....

I suggest the OP post this question in the USMA and USAFA forums. Someone there is probably in a better position to answer what they allow and don't allow.
