I recently did the CFA, and did pretty well except for the Shuttle Run. I pulled my groin during the start of the shuttle run, and it was impossible to sprint and I got a time of 10 seconds(on my practice CFA I got around 9 seconds). Will the admissions officer consider the fact that I pulled that muscle for that event?

You should just submit your results and wait. If you didn't pass and you are competitive the admissions office will give you an opportunity to retake the CFA.
