Advice please. Our DD has taken and passed her CFA except the pull up, flex arm hang and is taking again this week. Question is if she doesn’t pass this part again should she submit even with a fail she has her Senator nominations, grades etc. She is applying to USNA and USMMA has any had similar experience and what was outcome?

How close is she to passing on the arm hang, and how strong are her numbers on the other events?

Not sure why this is posted under Prep Schools...but OP should understand that DD did not "pass her CFA except the pull up, flex arm hang." The CFA is pass all, or fail (at least for USNA). In other words, she must retake and pass. All the nominations , grades, SAT/ACT, leadership , etc. in the world are meaningless without that "Q" for the CFA.
She’s strong on all other events...struggling with arm hang.

1 pull up is better than an eternity of arm hang.. that’s the word I heard from one of the admissions officer and in several places at SAF.
