My daughter is attending Navy Summer Seminar, will they automatically send CFA results from NASS to USAFA or do you have to request that they do so? For example, if she decides that she would like to work for higher scores before she submits to USAFA, can she choose not to submit CFA results from NASS?

You will have to request that they do so BUT I MUST CAUTION: USAFA takes the first "passing" CFA and no others. While Army and Navy let you retake the CFA as many times as you want in hopes of improving your scores, USAFA will take the first set of passing CFA scores and no following scores, even if they are better.

Edit* In this instance yes. The scores would be on file with Navy admissions, but not automatically on file for Air Force. The applicant can work to improves the scores and take the test again in October, or whatever the time may be when they are ready to retake the CFA.

My son is also going to NASS...hopefully he can crush the cfa but traveling from the west coast, I am worried about jet lag during the test...
