I took my CFA last month and my scores are

B-ball: 60
Push-ups: 75
Pull-ups: 13
Sit-ups: 75
Shuttle run: 8.3
Mile 5:38

My scores are decent, but I was wondering if it would be advisable to take the test again if I could score high (especially on pullups/situps)

Thanks!!

Hi USNA18,

First, those are more than decent scores overall. Some of them are great.

Second, unless things have changed, candidates don't have the option of resubmitting a new CFA unless specifically asked to do so by the SA. Is there a place on your portal where that option exists?

In any case, CFA is important but it's only one small part of your WCS.

USNA DOES allow the candidate to submit additional CFA scores. They must call their Admissions Counselor and ask them to reset the portal so the score can be received. They will send a new email to the examiner as well.

I agree with MedB - those scores are more than descent. Retaking it at this point is not going to be a make or break deal for you. Look at this as a check list - you have been determined physical fit for USNA. Move on to the other qualifications. Remember they are looking at the "whole person."

Just my thinking...

The scores are quite good. I'm not sure you'll gain much by retaking.
