I recommend that students compare their scores with the averages published by USMA and USAFA, even if they are applying to the other service academies. By that 'comparison,' your scores look good. Note that your shuttle run is a bit slow.
One other point: I tell all of my students that the CFA is a 'beginning' not an end. You should commit to your 'best fitness' as a military officer candidate. Your workout routines should be 'routine' and continue throughout the school year and summer as you prepare to arrive at the Academy, or on the college campus, ready to meet the fitness requirements for either program, USMA or AROTC.
